What can the Toro Power Curve do?
The Toro Power Curve comes with an 18-inch wide intake and will clear snow up to a depth of 12 inches in a single pass.
It can throw snow up to 30ft at a rate of 700lb a minute and has a useful bi-directional 160 degree chute / deflector.
This machine will take care of most domestic situations with ease and speed.
Is it easy to use?
Overall, the Toro Power Curve is easy to maneuver, light to carry, and with a fold down handle, is easy to store.
The easily accessible chute lever allows you to quickly change the direction in which the snow is sent, whilst the positive-locking ratchet deflector can be securely set for low, medium and high snow blowing.

Is it worth buying?
Users praise the Toro 1800 power Curve as a reliable, lightweight and user-friendly machine. People like the fact that it requires no maintenance and requires little storage space.
Another great advantage of the Power Curve is that it is quiet. It doesn’t make much more noise than a vacuum cleaner, which is not very much at all when you compare it to the noise from a gas powered machine.
On the downside, the Power Curve’s wheels are relatively lightweight and don’t provide much traction so backing up in areas you haven’t cleared can be a problem. Toro has increased the size of the wheels in the latest models. This has improved matters but they are still not especially robust.
Also, the chute direction can only be adjusted to the various ratchet points on the mechanism, so you can’t always direct the snow absolutely where you want it to go.
Overall, though, this is a very good buy amongst electric snow blowers and if that category of machine is what you need, you won’t go far wrong with a Toro Power Curve.
